So after a relaxing day off, I got back to it again today...
We've got plans tonight, so it was going to be hard for me to split the run and swim up, so I decided to get tough and do both this morning before my 7:40am meeting!
I got out of bed around 4:45am and headed out to the Y.
It was another 200m swim and then 15 minutes of running on the treadmill.
Then I did my karate class this afternoon. Of all things, we did some squat/kicking drills, so my legs are a little numb!
Tomorrow... Bike Ride!
